Cancellation Policy

At Kiranmaya Decor, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation:

• Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer support team at kiranmayadecor@gmail.com / 8928171584 with your order details.
• After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may, however, return the product following our return and refund policy.

Custom Orders:

• For custom or personalized orders, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order, as these items are made specifically for you.

Refunds for Cancellations:

• If your cancellation request is successful, we will process a full refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
